Our clients (both individuals and teams) are motivated and successful, energetic, and passionate about what they do.  They aspire to making big ideas come true, and have the energy, desire, and passion to do so.

 

Approach

Individual coaching: We coach individuals who are committed to a more meaningful and purposeful life. We will partner with you to:

  • encourage self-awareness and reflection,
  • create an environment that supports imagining the possible,
  • support your creation of a goal and achievable milestones.

 

Team coaching: If you are interested in team dynamics coaching, or strategic planning, we will tailor our services to the needs of the team.  We have a number of methodologies and tools at our disposal that can be employed based on what your team is trying to accomplish, and what may be getting in the way.

The process

Individual coaching: We start with an initial interview with you.  We want to know more about you, what motivates you, and what you are trying to achieve. Plan to spend at least 90 minutes on this first session…at no cost to you.  We will then make decisions about how to move forward.  You should have the experience of a coaching session with us before making any commitments to a further relationship.

Team coaching: We initially meet with the initiative sponsor to understand more about the team, the initiative, why it is important, and what challenges you may be facing.  These insights will lead us to a better understanding of the approach that will be most successful for you and your team.  Again, plan to spend at least 90 minutes on this first session…at no cost to you.
